BY THE MANAGEMENT OF CANTARELLI LTD

On behalf of the Management, I officially announce the decision of CANTARELLI LTD to

develop and implement an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Occupational

Health and Safety (IMS), in accordance with the requirements of standards

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018, taking into account amendment Amd 1:2024 to these standards

The management of CANTARELLI LTD declares its responsibility for establishing, certifying and maintaining a company Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety in fulfillment of the adopted strategic direction of the organization and

MANAGEMENT POLICY:

• high quality of the products/services offered and full compliance with legal and other requirements and with the requirements of customers and interested parties;
• optimization of processes within the organization - for adequacy, expediency and compliance with regulatory requirements, for continuous improvement and development;
• building relationships with customers and suppliers, leading to improvement and increase in the efficiency and benefits of joint activities;
• staff development according to their needs and the goals of the organization;
• monitoring and measuring activities that have a significant impact on the environment;
• carrying out a range of activities to protect the environment, aimed at preventing pollution and preserving it for future generations;
• providing sufficient information, training, and monitoring so that all employees are aware of the hazards and risks on the job and can perform their activities responsibly and safely;
• applying the principle of prevention, which consists of taking measures to prevent/avoid occupational risks;
• complying with the relevant regulatory and legal requirements for production activities in accordance with all local, national, international, and other requirements for the environment and occupational health and safety;
• recording and investigating every incident, accident, injury, and illness, with the decisions and measures taken being widely disseminated and implemented to reduce occupational risks;
• providing the necessary resources for the functioning and continuous improvement of the IMS.

Based on the defined context of the organization, the identified risks and possibilities, and in accordance 

with the quality policy, the management determines its strategic

MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES: 

• maintaining high quality products and services in accordance with customer requirements and expectations and the applicable regulations in Bulgaria;
• increasing the organization's market share by expanding its activities and offering high-quality products and services with high environmental and technological performance;
• attracting an even wider range of customers by fully satisfying their requirements and expectations and strictly adhering to delivery deadlines;
• increasing the efficiency of the organization's activities and the customer satisfaction;
• maintaining a safe and healthy working environment and improving the quality of the environment in line with climate change;
• optimising economic criteria in balance with social and environmental criteria;
• periodic training to maintain and improve staff qualifications;
• increasing staff motivation by providing ever better working conditions and prospects for development;
• preventing the causes of defects taking priority over their removal when such occur.
